One Detroit and American Black Journal present a Solutions Roadshow, recorded at the Church of the Messiah in Detroit’s Islandview neighborhood on Detroit’s east side near the bridge to Belle Isle.

For the past year, we’ve been following closely what’s going on – residents talking about neighboring, gun violence, supporting local entrepreneurs, affordable housing and more. We continue to listen – and report.

Join us for a conversation with those who call Islandview home: the lessons learned along the way and what they mean to the rest of Detroit.
