Bookstock 2018 / The Milestones Agency

On the next American Black Journal: If it’s April, it must be time for the annual Bookstock event that raises money for literacy and education projects in metro Detroit.  We’ll get details on this year’s sale featuring over 300,000 donated books, CDs, DVDs, magazines, audiobooks and vinyl records. Plus, a Detroit non-profit is helping educate at-risk boys and young men about the responsibilities of manhood and how to become good husbands, fathers and leaders.
