Men of Excellence Awards / Detroit 1967 Uprising Commemoration Event

On the next American Black Journal: The Michigan Chronicle celebrates a milestone anniversary for its Men of Excellence awards that honor the achievements of African American men. Plus, a local non-profit is hosting a three-day community event commemorating the Detroit Rebellion at the site where it all started 50 years ago.
