Celebrate Valentine’s Day this weekend with the Detroit Symphony Orchestra’s “Broadway Love Songs” performance at Orchestra Hall and “Sing to Love” a Valentine’s Day dinner and concert at the War Memorial in Grosse Pointe Farms.  

Winter fun is also in the forecast this weekend with Winter Around the World at Robert C. Valade Park along the Detroit Riverfront and Winterfest at The Mall at Partridge Creek. • Disney on Ice presents “Let’s Dance!” at Little Caesars Arena on Feb. 13-16 featuring fan-favorite characters like Mickey, Minnie, Goofy and others. 
• Ramona Collins and Cliff Monear present “Sing to Love,” a Valentine’s Day dinner and concert, at The War Memorial in Grosse Pointe Farms on Feb. 14.  
• The Detroit Symphony Orchestra presents “Broadway Love Songs” Feb. 14-16 at Orchestra Hall. The performance features songs from “Wicked,” “Cinderella,” “West Side Story” and more. 
• Winter Around the World takes place Feb. 14-16 at the Robert C. Valade Park along the Detroit Riverfront. The event features an international food truck rally, dance performances and a Lunar New Year celebration. 
• The Mall at Partridge Creek hosts Winterfest Feb. 15. The festival includes ice carvings, winter crafts, blood pressure screenings, face painting, refreshments and more.  
• The Ethnic Heritage Ensemble brings its Make it Real with Heart & Soul Tour to the N’Namdi Center for Contemporary Art in Detroit on Feb. 15. The ensemble includes Corey Wilke on trumpet, Alex Harding on baritone sax, and percussionist Kahil El/Zabar. 
• ‘The Legends of Laughter Tour featuring Sommore, Lavell Crawford, Don DC Curry, Comic J Will and Coco comes to the Fox Theatre in Detroit on Feb. 15.  
• The Preservation of Jazz presents a performance from Sky Covington’s All-Male Jazz Revue, Take 5, at Aretha’s Jazz Café on Feb. 17.
