Are You a Business Seeking to Work with Detroit PBS?

Detroit PBS is Michigan’s largest and most-watched public station, serving the needs of the 4 million people in Southeast Michigan and the diverse communities they represent. Detroit PBS is the state’s only community-licensed station, meaning we operate independently, and our funding comes from the community we serve.

Each week more than two million people watch our five broadcast channels, and nearly 200,000 people listen to our radio station, 90.9 WRCJ for classical days and jazzy nights. In addition, Detroit PBS is building the next generation of public media with our rapidly growing digital presence, which has grown to reach more than half a million unique visitors through our website, YouTube channels, and social media platforms each month.

Detroit PBS is committed to understanding and honoring the many communities we serve, through meaningful representation in the informed content, unparalleled educational programming, training, mentoring, and ongoing dialogue that is our hallmark.  We bring the same commitment to all our relationships, including those with suppliers that provide our organization with products and services.

The Supplier Solicitation Program seeks to create an open and inclusive supplier solicitation process, creating mutually beneficial business relationships that strengthen the communities in which we operate.

Detroit PBS wants to ensure all suppliers have the opportunity to connect and earn our business.
